How to: Configure CiviCase in CiviCRM 4.4 and below

In CiviCRM version 4.5+ the process for configuring Case becomes radically simpler. We will make a video for that soon. Still, this video remains for those who may be using prior versions of the software. This video will show the basics of configuring CiviCase, and setting up a basic workflow, case activity and case role for a sample case type. This is a complex process that requires editing some files on your server - you will need access or an administrator's help if you don't have access.
